There are plenty of budget options from time to time. For my own bell tent, I have been known to use various "rag" rugs (Oxfam?) as may appeal, but also companies such as Aldi and Lidl* sometimes to cheaper tent carpeting, that may or may not need cutting to fit (nothing more than snipping with scissors) or not.
Other companies such as GoOutdoors also do more budget oriented tent carpeting?
* I think I paid around £10 for a 4msq tent carpet, which I use both in the bell and a Dutch pyramid.............
