My husband will go nuts if he knew I was posting this but I am after something I can't find!
We had a Vango Icarus 500 for 8 years which we upgraded last year to an Outwell Albany - a Blacks label tent but it's basically like an Icarus but with a side door canopy. Earlier this year I bought a Vango Rosewood on a steel of deal (under £300) as I was really keen to try a polycotton tent and loved it but just not the style of the tent. Does something exist about an Icarus size but in polycotton? I did once have a look in a display Karsten and while it was lovely, it was just too expensive!
All new polycotton tunnel style tents I've seen seem to be airbeam and cavernous and we just don't need one that big nor do I think we'd have the space for one that big storage or transport wise. Do poled polycotton tents still exist? I don't mind second hand but don't know what models to look for. Could anyone please point me in the right direction?! Thank you!

No idea what's on today's market, but seeing as you would consider second hand, keep a look out for a Kampa Frinton 4 Classic.
We have the Karsten now, and we've sold our Kampa Filey 6 Classic, but I have absolutely no intention of selling the Frinton... unfortunately for you!
Sadly not made anymore, but otherwise highly recommended, by me at least.
Slightly smaller than the Icarus 500 (Coincidentally our first tent, before we went for the Kampa classics!), but with the added bonus of a fully sheltered side door. We never once used the front sloping door.
We deliberately didn't bother with the front extension, as we already had the bigger 6 berth Filey, but that may be included, if any come up for sale?

And happy searching...

Obelink Porto Ercole May be a bit bigger than you want. Nice tents though.

Thank you for the recommendations everyone, all really helpful. I have joined a few FB camping gear selling pages / groups so can keep an eye out for stuff, especially towards the end of the summer when folks might be selling for size upgrades etc.
Happy camping the rest of the summer if you have any trips planned folks!
