Are you walking, driving, carrying, staying put, or what are your plans?
If you want 3 men and kit in one tent, look at 4 man plus, or take a light weight synthetic tent each, especially if carrying, something like a One Tigris, or LuxPeak tipi style, or even something more traditional and slightly heavier, such as something from the Vango Trek pro range ?
Reviews of many Vango Trek tents and One Tigris in the review pages (OneTigris is found under "other tents")
If staying put for several days in one place and one tent for all of you, and not carrying the base tent, consider a cotton or polycotton tent.

If you are wild camping ( my passion!) and want one tent.....you'll need something discrete, not brightly coloured (although some may disagree, because wild camping is generally allowed in Scotland) and lightweight.
Vango, Vaude, Berghaus and others do good quality trekking tents, but you would need I suggest at least......a nominal 4 man tent, and split the components between you all,
However, that would also require 1 large level pitch where if you were all carrying a smaller (2 man tent), pitching ground may be easier to find? A tarp could be used for a communal or cooking area (DD tarps?).
The OneTigris Smokey Hut (one of which I have just bought and am really pleased with...) will sleep 3 and kit....... or even one for you all and one for kit...will still be a tiny and light load out, and that will be very important?
But there are many options available, I can only give as I have experienced (I also have a Vango Halo, and many cotton /canvas tents....depending on what I'm doing...)
