Hi I recently noticed a slight rip at the bottom of my tent I was wondering how would be best to repair before it gets bigger, thanks

If you can get the edges together I would just use some strong thread and resew overlapping the stitched part by about 25mm each side. If the edges wont meet or the edge is frayed I would use some edging material to give yourself a stringer join. Any haberdashery or camping shop should be able to advise.

I dont think its bad enough to need professional repair or restitching.

You need Tear Aid type A, applied to both sides of the tear for an easy, strong fix.

Google it and you will find Gary Cross fixed a similar tear on one of his display tents, with excellent results.
