Hiya All
first post , never had problems before ....
i have a 2 year old Berghaus Air4 xl tent
only used 3 nights to date due to covid restrictions
i put the tent up in the Garden to see if all ok , and found i have a pucture on the canopy air Tube. so contacted berghaus cust support
they do not do after service on there tents and advised to go to
Blacks customer support, who manage after service on there tents .
so i contacted Blacks customer support, who stated ,
"I am sorry to advise that we do not hold a stock of spare parts and we do not sell spare parts seperately."
and advised me to go back to Berghaus..
i am not after a warrant or freebie , am happy to pay for a replacemnt
but would be happier to purchase a genuine if possible
fully aware i could get a Air tube from anywhere once i have the exact size
but am just cheesed off that they do not support a product less than 2 years old , or , who should offer the service to there customers
has any one had a similar problem previously , and how was it resolved
