Hi. Anyone know what this extra pole loop is for? It’s middle pole and it’s on both sides.

Only thing I can think of is for drying the tent? Colour code is different to the pole that goes in this section.

Extra guyline in bad weather? Fitting one of those roof cover things? Anchoring the back of an extended front porch?

I think you may be bang on there. I didn’t think it was for a porch initially as it’s middle pole section, which seemed too far back. But looking at that pic,
It looks like that is the purpose. I don’t need an extension, but I like to know what everything is there for and whatnot. Thanks for the replies :)
