Outdoor Revolution are a reputable brand, as to the exact awning, I've no experience, but in format it's similar to many others on the market, including my Kampa (Dometic) Rally Air Pro, which I've had for nearly 4 years and really like.
General comments, Airbeam awnings are relatively heavy (this one's nearly 22Kg!) and bulky when packed, make sure you can lift and stow the bag in car/caravan (will it fit through caravan door!), and that the extra weight doesn't tip your car/caravan max load figures over the top!
This awning has all air tubes permanently connected, so ANY puncture/leakage brings the whole thing down to a deflated unusable state, my Kampa as do some others has isolation valves between air tubes, so a single tube leak can be isolated and awning remains usable, friends have just had a tube 'blow out' but thanks to isolation valve could carry on using the awning!
No idea how old this awning is, but first generation airbeam awning were not terribly reliable, ones manufactured in last 3-4 years are MUCH better. But age and usage do take their toll, so a well used one exposed to lots of UV/sunlight may be on it's last innings!
If it's a private sale, 'Buyer Beware', there is no legal comeback in the case of fault or undeclared issues, and the transaction is pretty much 'bought as seen'!
