I've got a decathlon inflatable tent and one of the inflatable poles is faulty at the valve. Several repairs tried without joy. Decathlon hasn't had replacement poles in stock for a year now and I don't want to buy another tent given the price of the inflatable tents. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to try?

Decathlon / Quechua tents have a 5 year warranty. Will they not replace, if they can't repair?

I can't prove when it was bought unfortunately. I did have it with their workshops and they couldn't do anything other than advise to wait for a replacement part.

didn't you have their loyalty points card? the record of purchase will be on there. They should replace the tent - with a different but equivalent one
