We currently have an Outwell Nevada M (5 person) tent and front extension which we really like. However, we've decided we need a new tent and are looking at an air tent.
We've seen the Vango Joro Air 600XL which is about the same size as the Outwell when the front extension is up and wondered if anyone has any experience of this tent.
Otherwise, any recommendations welcome.

Previous posts, not necessarily that model but plenty of 600 versions.
And plenty of woes re air tents.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!

Try the karsten or its doppelganger the Wilderness Vrijbuiter. Both inflatable canvas tents based on the original British igloo by the Pneumatic Tent Company. Robust tents that easily last 40 years without the tubes needing to be replaced with
the basic pod inflated and pegged out in 15 minutes. The downside weight and cost although if you look at it over 30 years cheaper than vangos etc.
We bought an Outwell Parkdale 4 air beam which we have used four times this year. So pleased with the different sections. The side door is meshed as are the inner doors if bugs are around. Particularly like the front ‘conservatory’ section if windy or raining and also the storm
straps (not needed so far). There is a larger version 6A.
Benefits: 10 minutes to peg out and inflate the base unit.
Ten Cate Canvas, nets on all doors and opening windows. Full bathtub groundsheet for the awning.
The downside is its heavy and bulky, but its a tent that will last a lifetime plus next generation.
