The king size bed is the main issue, but it also depends on how many will be sleeping in the tent.
Back in 2007 with just two of us, we struggled but just about managed to fit a double height king size into the three berth section a Sunncamp Vario 600.leaving the small bedroom as a wardrobe/store. It was a 'last season ex demo tent' costing £250. Brand new was nearer £500.
There are lots of cheap and nasty large tents that will fit your budget but I'd be wary.
I'd suggest going to a camping outlet and look at display tents from leading manufacturers that suit your requirements, then look for similar pre-loved.

We have a Kampa Watergate 8 (although v slightly above your price range). Its a tunnel tent with 2 bedrooms at each end. Our outwell posadas double campbed fits in one end (we just roll the room divider up), and there is still enough space in the compartment.
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
I've just realised (from your other thread) that you're intending a trip to France. It's worth taking a look at Quechua (Decathlon) tents because they're well ventilated (especially important in high temperatures).
We're in France at the moment. Almost every tent we've seen here is a Quechua.
You really should have started a new thread as you are now hijacking this one, and it just adds much confusion.

The Berghaus Nightfall Air 600 looks good but I was put off a bit by an employee at Winfields who suggested otherwise as they are a clothes brand not tent.
She recommended a different set up to vis a vis, probably because they don't stock any there. The one she pointed out was the Kielder 6 Air Deluxe, any thoughts? It seemed very well made and had some nice features but was a bit out of my price range unless I save for a
little longer....
I think I will scrap the vis a vis style tent as it is limiting choices too much, but definitely want to stick with the idea of an air tent. I was recommended Hi Gear on a recent camping trip, I think they are on sale for quite a lot of companies atm.
