Help!! I have an amazing The North Face Starlight NHP tent but on a recent camping trip on the south downs, one of the poles broke. I’ve tried to contact The North Face, looked on various eBay/amazon style sites without luck and really don’t want to have to bin my tent. Any advice from anyone gratefully received! Jim

go outdoors or any other camping shop will sell replacement poles you just need to know the diameter of the pole and the length, might involve some cutting down and rethreading but easy enough to do
Are your poles glass fibre or aluminium?

They appear to be glass fibre.
You need to take a pole with you to Go Outdoors or other camping shop that sells poles of different sizes.
You will need to cut them down to the right length, wearing gloves and safety glasses. While you are at it look for signs of splitting in other poles and replace them now.
There should be new elastic and a pole elastic tool in the kit, expect an evening of frustration re-threading you poles.
You can get aluminium flexible poles on Ebay, better tents use aluminium, plus they are easier to thread.
