go outdoors or any other camping shop will sell replacement poles you just need to know the diameter of the pole and the length, might involve some cutting down and rethreading but easy enough to do

Are your poles glass fibre or aluminium?
Looking at photos here:
https://www.snowandrock.com/p/the-north-face-summit-series-mountain-25-tent-D1314122.html?msclkid=22b225362f421b1cb82740ed022f7354&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=SR-UK-PERF-ONG-PR-TXT-NB-DSA-catch_all-BOFU-bing&utm_term=the%20north%20face&utm_content=The%20North%20Face
They appear to be glass fibre.
You need to take a pole with you to Go Outdoors or other camping shop that sells poles of different sizes.
You will need to cut them down to the right length, wearing gloves and safety glasses. While you are at it look for signs of splitting in other poles and replace them now.
There should be new elastic and a pole elastic tool in the kit, expect an evening of frustration re-threading you poles.
You can get aluminium flexible poles on Ebay, better tents use aluminium, plus they are easier to thread.
------------- Enjoy the liveliness of the syntax.

Seen a Starlight NHP on ebay (in the USA) and the poles appear to be alloy.
