Hi just bought a Vango joro air 450 sentinel eco dura first time out the side door flaps annoyingly when it’s windy, in between the 3 Velcro fastening. Looking for any suggestions on how to stop this or what to put on there ??
Thanks
Barbara

We took our Joro 600 eco dura on its first trip earlier this month and I have to say that whilst I didn’t notice it flapping too much on this trip, it didn’t feel as wind tight as I would have liked. I am weighing up getting some sticky back velcro strips/dots and using them to supplement the existing Velcro. In particular, if you are inside the tent facing the side door, I’ve identified towards the top of the flap that comes from the ground sheet up towards the door where this would work well and hopefully wind proof it a little more. I haven’t had time to carry it out yet though and your mileage may vary! I have to say, whilst I generally love the tent, that bit just felt a bit flimsy.
Hi thank you , I did consider the Velcro we go to Scotland in 4 weeks time I will take some Velcro with me to fix on when the tent is up .
I do think Vango has cut corners or costs with the design in the doors they should have put a zip right round.
How did the joro hold up ? Did you have any issues with the tent at all , this is our first air tent and it has some big boots to fill , we had the Icarus 500 (poled) and it never let us down so Im hoping the joro will be as good .
Thanks
