I am the assistant manager at the derby branch of yeomans outdoors.
I thought I would let you know that we are not allowed to tell porkies about any of our products(company policy). We are told to pride ourselves on being honest(unlike certain other companies, who will say anything to make the sale!). Our peakland tent range is made by outwell! In my own opinion the best all round tent manufacturer there is! We have tried some other companies in the past but, the quality was just not the same. Oh and by the way if you ever need some good advice on camping, then please feel free to contact me on my email. jamiechappell1979 at hotmail.co.uk. If its something i am not sure about i could always find out for you. hope this helps

Hi jamie,
I did have a look at the Peakland Alport, and then noticed it is the same as the Easycamp Taranto 600. Easycamp being part of Oase Outdoors ApS, which is also the parent company to Outwell. So if I play the part of 'Devil's Advocate', aren't you stretching the truth a bit.
We have got the Peakland Stanedge and it's a fantastic tent we think.
We were in some pretty awful weather in Cornwall during June, it bucketed it down and the Stanedge kept us dry with no leaks. Theres plenty of room for two and it's easy to put up. I reckon Peakland do a good mid range tent.
Yeomans service is also superb, if you've got a problem with a purchase they'll do thier level best to help and resolve it. This is what we have found.

Hi, I have got the Easycamp Napoli 500, and its really good. Large enough for 2 double airbeds plus a hallway, and further section for luggage. We went camping last year and took our two dogs, and there was plenty of room for both of us including the dogs!! It rained quite a bit on and off, and the tent remained perfectly dry with no leaks. I would recommend this tent if anyone is looking to buy a new tent.It is quite big but I wanted to make sure that we had room to move around in - height wise, I am 5ft 10 and you can easily walk around in it. I did a lot of research before buying this tent. I did look at Yeomans but didn't buy from the them in the end. If anyone wants any further info please don't hesitate to contact me.
Hi Jamie,
I Purchased a Peakland Montral 400 about 5 years ago and have recently opened it up for first time since the ex left, only to realise the two main support poles were missing. any ideas of where i can get replacements or will any normal Poles do???
