I didn't get to erect it today, as I decided it might be a bit much for me on my own, and it was quite windy.
I did however have a good rummage, it was an Ebay purchase, apparently the seller has only used it once, sadly they omitted to say that they had then packed it away wet and left it So I now have a Job of cleaning it, as it's covered in mud and (what I suspected to be some type of mould) lil' white spots, mainly in the inside bedroom areas.
Hopefully I'll be doing all this tomorrow (joy) And i'll get photo's, as i'll be getting my other two erected as well, so i'll have a bit of an erection fest' and get photographs for you Voyeurs
Nice to hear of some other Colorado 600s, they don't get much of a mention on here. We got ours this year, and we've had two lovely weekends in it so far. Off to Cornwall next week!
It's a great tent, really good value I think. We chose it cos the bedroom is big enough for me, OH and two tots to all pile in together, and leaves us with a spare room to dump all our bits and bobs.
Sorry to hear about your muddy tent, die hard, that's a bit rotten. Hope you had a successful erection!
Got the tent up today, no piccies i'm afraid as I forgot camera (doh!)
It was so so easy to erect, and even easier to get back down and into it's large bag (i'm used to backpacking tents where you have to get them folded exactly...or you don't stand a chance of getting them in the postage stamp sized bags)
Very roomy inside, needed a bit of a tidy but it's looking really good, my parents are now obsessed with getting a good Vango as well (they're still under Canvas lol)
Looking forward to the trip more than ever now in two weeks!
