Have a look at the Outwell Montana's - 4 or 6 - *very* nice tents, new for 2005. Selling like 'things that sell extremely well...', apparently...would appear to meet all your requirements...
I have the Outwell Hartford XXL. I call it my 3nights minimum tent. It has 4 nice size bedrooms with a massive living area and nice sized porch. It's a Biggy!!! But for comfort and great gatherings around a table in the night, it's fantastic. We're a family of 4, so use the 2 bedrooms, food and clothes in the one and a spare to invite friends down! Ideal! And SO easy to put up. Good Luck!

The michigan 9 is on offer at millets for £165, it's half price. Sewn in groundsheet, porch, ideal for 4-5 people. A 4-5 berth tent is really only big enough for 2-3 for family camping.
It is easy to put up as long as there is two of you. It takes us 3/4 hour now. I call it a 3 nighter because it's a big un with 4 bedrooms. At the moment I am after a one nighter tent now for 2 adults and 2 children, in other words a small one, yeah? Any recommendations? Vango Venture 400 perhaps?
I have just plumped for the coleman michigan 9 (the £165 in millets offer), and it's superb. It's huge yet easy enough for 2 to put up. Loads of living space and 2 good sized pods. Sewn in groudsheet too.
The other ones i looked at were the Aztec Cantera 6, great tent, on offer at barretts of feckenham at the moment and the wynnster brecon 6 both of which looked great. I went for the michigan because it had a bigger porch and slightly bigger living area. http://www.barrettsoutdoor.co.uk/home.htm
I haven't camped in it yet, lol, but will blame the knowledgeable peeps on here if it doesn't work.
You could try the Wynnster range. This is mid-price range of tent- I have the Wynnster Harrier 8 and like the fact that 2 bedrooms are separate from each other, so that I get my sleep even if my teenagers want to giggle/play with their mobile phones etc. It has a big living area and is light and airy.
We've just got a Coleman Michigan from millets too, for £165. Excellent price - excellent tent. Got everything we need, and plenty of space.
However, when we bought ours, we had to ring round about seven shops in the North/North East of England before we found one - then had to travel to a shop 60 miles away to buy one.
I don't think they have any left now. (I have seen them on t'internet for £199 though)
