Until recently I had a Wynnster Anglesey, which was excellent. Very well made, with no issues and lots of nice littel thoughtful touches. I would certainly get another Wynnster again.
However, I would also not ahve any problem with getting a Vango, all their tents I have pitched and lived with (I go away with a club that has many tents) were equally as good.
In the end, I think it depends on the models concerned, rather than anything general about either make.
