Can any one help me? I was putting up my new tent for the first time to check it out and am a bit confused. Its a Gelert Cadiz 5, think its an older style from the one out just now, its got these bits of extra material at the bottom of the living area that im not sure what to do with, do they go under the ground sheet or do they go outside the tent or inside but on top of groundsheet? does anyone have a similar thing or the same tent to explain what happens with them!

Yes, if you tuck them under the groundsheet, it will stop draughts from coming in. Also it'll stop any drips from soming down the fly sheet and into the tent.
Yes, as Rick008 says, the stormflaps tuck under the groundsheet in the Cadiz. They stop much of the draught and prevent rain being driven under the flysheet onto the groundsheet by the wind. Very useful things.
