Having sold our argos pro action 9 man tent I am now in the market for a replacement. Currently looking at packing 2 boys off in their own tent and getting a 4 berth for me and das wife. Gelert Lokon Vario 4 looks about the right size to me and about the right price.



I live reasonably close to Brouch in E Yorkshire and was wondering if anyone had any experiance of Waudbys ?

I assume they have tents on display, is it worth a look in ?

I live in Brough E.Yorks!!

try Winfields on Hessle Rd - new shop

Loads of tents there, I know its Hessle Rd (CHAV central)
but its a great shop for camping stuff

Otherwise I go to Go Outdoors in Wakefield

Hostingley Lane, Middlestown, Nr Wakefield, WF4 4PZ

That’s the best shop I have ever found for camping its massive, well worth the trip

Waudbys is crap ,can you travel a little further to Hull ? ,best place for miles around is Winfields on Hessle Road ,they have 3 floors of camping stuff ,ground floor =equipment ,1st floor =tents ,2nd floor =even more tents!!!

Winfields it is then, I work in Hull , kids have settled on a Gelert Meercat so thats them sorted, all I want is something that I can stand up in

they have loads more tents instore than they do online ! I would say over 50 different tents!

when I first started shopping there they only had a few tents ,mainly diabolicals !! I started asking them about 'Outwell ' ,they had never heard of them ,so the manager started asking me what quality they were ,if they sold well ect ect ,a few months later most of their shop is Outwell tents and they are making a packet from them !! I really think i outa have a cut you know !

I was really glad to see the back of my pro action jobbie, it lasted well but the head room was always going to be an issue
