Having been completely bamboozled by the vast array of tents out there and reading lots of great advice on here, I was wondering if someone could advise me on which one of these tents they think is the best. Being very similar in quite a few ways, are there any particular pros or cons that should sway my decision?

Hi earlyword

I have a Vango Venture and I love it. I can't help you with the other one cos I don't know the tent.

My Venture is my middle sized tent for weekend and short breaks. It houses me and 2 kids and 2 dogs quite comfortably.

I've got an Outdoor Revolution 330s and have just bought a VV500

I love the Outdoor revolution tent easy to put up but we've just outgrown it. Not enough room for me and 2 kids and dog

Looking forward to trying my Vango Venture 500 on my camping trip tomorrow

We're going to that site that was featued on GMTV this morning

from Nevisport for £75.00 Although it is not
listed on their website.

We have the Outdoor Revolution VRC Scenic 5.0i and love it. Lots of room and plenty of head height and easy to pitch. The attention to detail is second to non and it is nice and stable in a wind

I have just bought the VRX 500s and Its a great tent, a second choice was the Vango Venture 500 and i'm glad I have stuck with my first choice.  It is better than the vango venture in a few ways.  So the Vrx 500s would be the one to buy.  Check out my review

VV 500.  Ours is great for four of us and its stands up to some pretty rough weather with excellent results

Thanks to all for your help and for the lead from sirhcscot. I'm excited to say that I'm now the proud owner of a VV 500. Gave it a test run yesterday and have to say it was pretty stress free! Now off to check out some site reviews, gathering some essential gear and going camping.... if there's any space left anywhere!

Love our VV500 it has stood up to gales, tornado and monsoons in Wales and Norfolk whilst other tents didn't fare so well, so you have chosen the right one.
