On way back from our holiday on Saturday stopped at a camping shop and found a tent which i'm totally in love with lol. Its a Khyam Indiana 8.......massive can even stand up in bedrooms.
Anyone had one or can give me any feedback on it I'd be grateful before i splash out a couple of hundred.
Thanks
Tracy

We have one, well we have the Campus Indiana, remarketed this year as Khyam! Only slightly different in colour and window! We love ours, just spent 10 days in Cornwall in it this year, went up a treat, stayed put despite some high winds. We think it's great, plenty of room to put the table and 4 chairs up in the living space and still have room for the 4 of us. We usually hang the large bedroom and one of the smaller ones, leaving the other area to keep all the kitchen stuff.
I got one earlier this year, wot a great big luvvly tent it is too - had our first proper holiday in it last week & It was great to have all that xtra space on the rainy days. I deffinately give it a big thumbs up for design & value for money.

p.s. why did they make such a lovely tent & still supply it with those stupid skinny pegs?, I've never found a soil or weather type which suits them yet!
We also have the Campus version of this tent. Brillant tent, enough space for ffour kids round a fold up table table plus extra two adults at either end. Still space to move round as well.

btw this is last yrs colours!! this yr it is two shades of blue I think?

Throw skinney pegs and invest in Delta pegs. Read the reviews on this site worth the an extra £10 for peace of mind.
the skinny pegs will never be used - I have some big fat pegs made from the same steel as spanners - I can hit them with a 5 pound hammer straight into norfolk flint, they've never come out yet.
Just spent 10 days in Scotland in an Indiana 8, our first camping holiday. Can't praise it enough. It withstood the near gale force winds and we were on an exposed coastal site. We did need help though from other campers to take it down to stop it ending up across the bay! Before we went we tried putting it up in the back garden following the printed instructions, we did manage it but it wasn't easy. We then found the video on the Khyam website which showed a slightly different, easier method and that's how we ended up doing it.
I know we are newbies but I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this tent.
Will try to upload a couple of piccys when I can work out how to do it. First time on forums so need to investigate a bit.

We're well happy with ours. It was recently nicknamed "The Tardis".
The pegs are awful, but after 2 years I'm going to repeg it this winter.
We bought a new single bedroom from Khyam, hoping to get a little space, but it wouldn't fit. The hanging loops are in different places. Twenty minutes with a bit of kevlar line has now made the tent convertible
