anyone know where there is a good display of family size tents in the north west region, i am particularly keen to see the aspen 700 up.

Not sure I'd class it as North West, but Mitchells Practical Campers (near Wakefield) have an Aspen 700 along with lots of others up in their display field.

winfields ,haslingden they have quite a few that are fully errected all year round . i got my campus indie from there and it is worth a visit .

We went to the outdoorworld on the road into Liverpool and they have said tent up,  and believe me after seeing it up i am going straight back to by it!!!!!!!

I have seen the Aspen 700dlx up in Caseys Camping at the Grosvenor Garden Centre near Chester. This company is also an Outwell stockist.

We looked at the Aspen but ended up with a Montana 6 as this tent let in a lot more light. The Aspen seemed dark in the living area.

to rcrsharpe [above] you said you were going back to buy a vango aspen 700 after seeing it up? well i bought one yesterday and i agree its a really nice tent looks good inside and out and lots of room, however since getting home and trying all the rest of my gear in boot i find it doesnt all fit! so i either downsize my tent or buy a new car!! if you interested the vango is going very cheap????
