Hi, I am currently narrowing down my search for a new weekend tent and these 2 tents are in my favourites. At the moment I prefer the layout of the SunnCamp Ventura due to the separate bedrooms, although I am concerned it may not be as stable as the Vango Oregon with the Tension Band Straps. Has anyone got any experience of any of these 2 tents, if so what are the good and the not so good features of each, also do they hold up well in a bit of wind? I would appreciate any comments which would help me make a decision, thanks!

got a 600 oregon and really cant think of any down sides to it, dont think the 400 will differ much to it apart from the obvious.

Hi Rick, thanks. I do like the look of the Oregon but I am concerned that I might not be able to fit 2 double air beds in it on the rare occasions that my Stepdaughter and her friend might want to stay overnight with us at the weekend... has anyone tried this tent with 4 people?

Looking at the 280 wide internal of the oregon 400 you will fit two doubles in as the coleman comfort airbeds are 137 wide each.

I haven't camped in my ventura yet so I can't comment on how stable it is.The only advantage I can see it having over the oregon is that the bedroom pods are bit bigger .This would possibly give you the option of squeezing in  two single airbeds as the pods are 150 cms( although I haven't tried this).
