Yes, it has an air vent at the rear of the bedroom space The [side] door is double zipped, so you can do it up down the side, but leave it unzipped across the top and it has a mesh bugscreen door on the inner
You can also adjust the amount of gap between the bottom of both the front and side doors and the tent to increase the amont of airflow.
By rolling away the 'solid' door on the inner and only leaving the meshdoor zipped up you again can vary the amount of ventilation through the inner over night. There is a mesh vent on the back of the inner too. MT

Answering my own post - we've just spent 2 nights in our new starcamper 5. The sleeping compartment divider is in a funny place - a 4/1 split - so we didn't use it and just all slept in together. We found it very roomy - maybe too roomy for the very cold nights just past, and we had to wrap up in all our clothes, sleeping bags and blankets. But in the day, the huge front room was great for playing in, eating etc. Pretty easy to put up and down - two adults took about 30 mins or so - though it's harder in the wind of course. Definitely the biggest living area on our field!
Re Starcamper 3. I wonder if you bought this Martin? I'm looking for a tent I can use by myself and also share with my husband. This looks a good compromise and I'm wondering if you, or anyone else reading this has bought one? It troubles me it is a bit light in colour and I shall wake with the birds! I wonder about the ease of putting up by myself and it's durability in bad weather? I live in W. Dorset if anyone with this tent is anywhere near me and can advise or show me their pitched tent. We just used our new star camper 5 in dorset with two kids and two adults. The lightness wasn't an issue at all. And it was completely dry and stable in very wet and windy weather. noisy though, and the tall living area was buffetted about. thank goodness for guy ropes. but i don't think the 3 is as tall. It was really easy for two of us to put up. i would imagine the 3 would be possible alone. We camped at sea barn something near abbotsbury - really lovely site.
