Find the foraging course first. Then find a local site with good reviews. There are a few private courses around but it’s more likely to be National Trust with a ranger, or Forestry commission place, where the specialist is employed doing site management work as well.
I’ve never come across a campsite that does a foraging course, but you may find the course has a pop up site just for the duration.
