Yes moonmummy, will be in Lovely north cornwall for the first 2weeks august.

We stay at Lower pennycrocker farm, near Boscastle, not fancy but good showers and fab views, would love to meet your Djakarta.

Lol, that's just up the road from us!!

I am not sure if the bus will go close by though, think it turns off before the campsite. I will investigate this week.

There is a thread on 'meeting up' if you look in 'central'. A few people with dutch pyramides trying to get together. 2 of them Guadeloupes who are interested in a Cornwall meet....

I was hoping to go and camp at Tintagel on the weekend of the 7th , as it's the carnival. Only because it's a nice atmosphere and they usually erect a big beer marquee. Last year there was a local reggae/ska band on too.

How funny, lucky you living in such a fab place.  We missed the carnival last year, it was the weekend before we arrived, but we did go the previous two years.

Maybe we could do visits then if your in Tintage, only a few miles away lol, would be nice to visit another site.

Charlestown is nice as is Mevagissey. We had a good day out at Flambards Theme Park, not the best in the world but it has something for the whole family. Enjoyed a day in Newquay, even saw some seals.

Pentewen Sands is a good family site, near St Austell and has its own private beach.

Have fun.

I suggest you stay are Tregarton park near mevagissey & st austell - just up the road from the lost gardens and not far from the eden project. Its also a great site.

Explore the beaches and fishing villages around this area. It is one of the best parts of Cornwall.

Have a look at Charlestown - a real timewarp port.
