i can't speak for England but certainly up here in Scotland almost every outdoor show i have been to has provided an area for camping/caravaning. a few have been limited and dished out on a first come first served basis but on the whole there is ample room for everyone who wants to stay overnight.
do you go to a club? competing member would be able to advise you on which shows around you do camping. or if you look on the agilitynet.net website and look at the show schedules for the ones you are interested in, there will be a section on the entry form that asks if you want camping.

I like taking photos around the site & of my family out at sea. I also like watching ships out at sea from the beach, walking the cornish cliff path or simply sitting around reading my books. Julie & all four of our kids love Kayaking, we bought two new ones two years back & they've paid for themselves several times over with the hours they've been used.
