Hi Simon, I began LARP with the Lorien Trust which runs four events each year at Locko Park in Derbyshire. LT is (I think) the largest society and has had over 5000 participants at its main event. I also play with Maelstrom which is a fairly new organisation (5 years) which runs a number of events at various locations.

You are right Lostangel, there IS far more than you thought in the UK. There are many thousnd Live Roleolayers in this country and lots more abroad. The are large contingents from all over the globe that attend the main LT event (the Gathering) which takes place every year at Locko Park in Derby
