I was going to say buttermere too, its beautiful, we have walked it with pushchairs, most of the way is ok (bit bumpy) in places, some bits you will have to carry push chair over rocks, but its a good day out and food in the pub is very nice

Except for a couple of short stretches. Great, but easy walk.

It's even better if you start at the fish Inn and finish at the other pub next door!!Ice cream van halfway round, it's the only walk I've put weight on while doing it.
