Hi, We are having a week in Hayle next month, I was wondering whether it was worth taking bikes, are there any cycle tracks &/or quiet roads in the local area so we can cycle about without using the car, or are they all just busy roads with traffic? cheers.

Hayle is good for cycling, lovely quiet lanes, and the few surprisingly hilly bits give great views. St Ives is close and bikes are easier to park too.
