well done on doing the 3 peaks, saw quite a few doing it when we were there, thats one mean feat and no doubt you have to be ultra fit, not something im up to doing for a few years yet.
im eyeing up the yorkshire 3 peaks as read about it when there and think thats worth a looksie.
took us ages, my sister struggled quite a bit towards the top, then her partner fell on the way down and sprained his knee - result being he hobbled 3/4 of the way down on his walking poles, so it took us as long to get down as it did to get up. we were well equipped for all weather and all eventualities, but we did pass a few people with umbrellas - ? - and one lady in open toed sandals, suprisingly near the top, god knows how she did it in them !!
