Hi all, just thought I'd bring this to your attention...(sorry if i've put it in the wrong forum)

You can get some wonderful FREE activities for primary school aged children that are ideal for campers and caravanners from Nature Detectives at the Woodland Trust.

The website is www.naturedetectives.org .uk and you can download over 1000 activities. My daughter absolutely loves this website and has actually talked her teacher into using it at school! The activities seem very well made and include ideas, spotter sheets, iDials, crafts, recipes, games and things like ideas for 'welly wanders' and picnics etc

I've already started downloading things to take with us camping in August!

Nice find widget. Don't have kids myself, but I like stuff like this.

Liverbird08 I know the event that you mean! It was run by BBC Radio Lincolnshire near to the Lincolnshire showground. We couldn't go on that weekend but heard it was really good.

Magicman2 no probs, my two are a similar age to yours and they love it. (we made minibeast iDials yesterday - laminated them and took them out geocaching)
