Am wanting to go to cornwall in summer 2012, lots of sites close to beaches suitable for surfing, but any ideas about sea kayaking in cornwall please. i.e. from where etc, currently wondering about Churchtown farm campsite beside Gwithian beach? Any thoughts on this subject much appreciated. Thanks.
I do hope that you are an experienced "kayaker" There's nothing more dangerous than a canoe/kayak sideways on a wave and the person not having a clue what to do. It seems to happen a lot with people who come from using inland waters and then when they go on the sea for the first time...
Thanks happybonzo, I'm not the most experienced, so won't be off round Lands End, most of my sea kayaking experience is in the hebrides, but will be picking my opportunities and locations with care.
