I found this whilst browsing for interesting things to do on our main trip. Basically its a family based treasure hunt which can be downloaded or posted. Ive received my first one in the post, looks like fun. You pick the town your interested in then you receive your trail which gives you different clues to take you around places of interest in that area, ticking your finds of the map provided as you go along. Each trail tells you how many miles and how long expected to finish the trail before you decide to purchase.
Worth a look just google treasure trails, sorry dont know how to post links. Goodluck
These look really interesting, thanks.. I'd be interested to know how tricky they are - it's a bit demoralising when you can't find a geocaching, could be a whole lot worse if you can't do one of these!
Might get the one for my local town and see how we get on.
Thanks for the tip!
We did one recenntly for he first time in Penrith. It was fun and kept 2 adults and 2 kids amused for 2 hours. Will definately be doing it again. Well recommended.
This looks great. Checked out there website and found out they do a free ap with some free treasure trails included. We're going to Cornwall soon so will have a go at the Helston one.
If we like it then I'll pay to get some more. Also noticed that there had been a groupon deal for them 3 for £8.
Now expired but worth looking out for on case they do it again.
I've looked at these, got to convince hubs it will be fun
