Hi guys,
We are going to Marden in Kent (not far from Tunbridge Wells) next week and it looks like we shall be camping in the rain for a lot of the week.
Does anyone know of some good days out that are under cover in the area? We have a car, so can travel...we live in London so don't really want to head that way, but want a few things on standby incase we want to escape the rain.
We are 2 adults and a 7 year old girl.

Thanks in advance.

Dover Castle, not sure how much it will cost.  Agree about the Hythe-Dymchurch railway, and Dungeness is worth a look.

agree also with the Hythe-Dymchurch railway was really interesting, take it  to Dungeness. not much there we loved the old lighthouse, fab views from the top!!!!! Dover castle is massive and very busy. lots of queues for tour of tunnels much more to see and do. costs £42 for family of 4! We loved Hastings, seafront as been done up and is very clean and tidy. 3 big adventure golf courses on the front. Hope you enjoy,we certainly did we were there first 2 weeks in August.17
