Norden farm at corfe castle have a small fishing lake. free I believe. I can't speak for the quality of the fishing cos I only eat them.

Can't speak for the fishing but the toilet block next to the fishing ponds have been replaced brand new building and facilities.

Not a touring site as such but Anglers Paradise in Devon have 5 star villas and 16 lakes stuffed with all sorts from ornamental koi to 60lb catfish to big carp...
Once in a lifetime visit for me traveling from Scotland... But I caught a few personal bests when I stayed there 4yrs ago....
Did notice the owners had a few day ticket lakes across the road from us...Might be a few touring sites close by
Google Anglers Paradise for the area....
