Looking at a visit to Futuroscope (Poitiers, France) in August. I see on the website that there is a 5pm til evening show ticket option. Anyone have any experience of this?
We’ve been a couple of times, pre covid though. It’s quirky, in a typical French way. We really enjoyed it both times. Our boys were older and younger teens.
We've been twice ... and got the evening ticket (good show) ... July, I think, but the show would not have changed for August. Set for the whole season.
If you are a teacher, you used to get a free entry ... not sure if that still applies, but worth checking.
Just to add my own experience to this thread for the benefit of others....
I went with my 15 year old son (father and son). I can see how others would have enjoyed the experience but we didn't get much out of it. Probably depends on the mix of individuals involved, and I'd imagine, the more the merrier generally.
Glad I didn't pay for a full day.
Queued in excess of an hour for all attractions that we had time to visit (3 or 4). Only to then find that the experience is generally along the lines of a simulator that would have been out of date in the 90's and was over with in less than five minutes.
Evening show is good and worth a look however.
Definitely not good value for money in my view and definitely not worth queuing more than 10 mins for each attraction.
Wish I'd planned my trip south based on a stop further up in Vendée and Puy Du Fou.
