100 mile radius is a very long way to travel for a holiday static - are you looking for a holiday site or a residential site?
If residential, then a licensed residential site will not have any age limit on the home - but you will have to buy either a new one from the park, or one already on the park from the current owner.
If a holiday site, as already said above, it is very difficult to find sites that will allow bring-ons, and it will be impossible to find a site with "no age limit" written into the contract.
You may find sites that do not specify any age, and these usually give a rolling contract for 12 months at a time - which means you may be able to keep the van there for years and years, OR it may mean that when there is a change of policy or management, you are told that your contract will not be renewed.
There is already a lot of discussion about this, and some good advice from other members, on the posts below, so have a read through and decide what you are really looking fr.
And - just in case - I will repeat, Do NOT try and live on a holiday site - the risks are simply not wroth it.

My last post was not very helpful - sorry.
As said, you will not find a site with "no age limit" written down, but there should be sites with a more relaxed attitude - as long as you can accept the risk that if there is a change of policy, then your contract may not be extended. The site most likely to suit you will probably be one of the smaller sites which may not have a website.
Try either doing a general Google search, then telephoning,
OR contact the licensing councils in the areas you are interested in for a list of holiday static caravan sites in their areas (some councils put details on their website, most do not).
Either way, it will probably come down to a lot of leg and telephone work.
If you already have a static that you want to move, that will narrow your options considerably (and add to the cost) but if you simply want to buy a static on a site where you can get a few years fun, then you should be able to find something.
Alternatively, if you are able to get a new static, look for a site which gives a very long agreement - some give 15 years, and in 15 years you may well be ready to try something new.
But, again as said, if you are looking for something to live in,then you need a residential site (try the parkhome-living.co.uk website and forum for residential).
