As I understand it: sites can only pass on electrical supply charges, it is illegal to add any profit margin. The cost of providing electrical infrastructure must be recovered through the annual site fees.
Considering the recent rises in all kinds of fuel and energy, the the price you are now paying should reflect the charges that site is now paying to its supplier.
