hi can ant one tell me if you rent your static out do you have to have a pat test i know you do for gas thanks pat

Yes you do you need every electrical item tested and you also need a tv licence.

You will also need a 'land lord's' gas certificate which can be passed by an corgi registered LPG engineer. Also there are lots of things like clearly identifying fire exits, smoke and CO detectors etc...
