Hi all, don't know if this is the right place to post this but here goes.

I'm toying with the idea of a static caravan. I've been looking around and I know they can cost as much as a house but I'm not looking at that league. I was looking for something on the Northumberland coast. Thing is, every site I've emailed have sent back saying come and have a look around, I've asked them all what the site fees are but no one seems to be keen on telling me that, its probably on the hope I'll go and fall in love with the place and sense will go out the window.

Does anyone know what the average site fees are? I know a lot will depend on what the site offers but just a rough idea of what I'd be looking at.

my parents are near brid and its 3500 a year its a private site no renting of vans but has bar pool etc i hate the place but there happy its the loss on the van thats the killer if you want to change or sell or even moving sites if your not happy can gost 1000 plus!!!
