It does look very nice. Did you have to do much, or was it just a small re-decoration? Did you have hair when you started

My profound apologies for the delay in reply, I have been to engrossed on. The first picture shows the mod ( wall with door), second picture shows before the mod. I have also fitted a room stat that now controls the central heating the stat will soon be replaced by a seven day timer room stat. I have also insulated the underneath of the van. We have also fitted a new carpet with 12mim thermal underlay. These mods have given us a warm cozy living room and we are using less gas.
The hair post had me scratching my head till I saw my reflection in the display unit

ah, all a lot clearer now! it looks really professional!

is it a wet central heating system? if so, consider fitting thermostatic valves, that way 'unused' rooms can be kept just at a minimum temp without impacting on lounge temp.

there are other ways to keep warm and save on gas, but my memory isn't that good nowadays .....

Hi Dave it is wet system and has got T Vs fitted already. before the mod CH never seemed to switch off. Used to use your other method but wife just tells me to put another jumper on now while she has a good dinner if you know what I mean.

Really warm and using less gas. Changing the room stat for a timed one so can set to come on before falling out of bed. ?? What does RTS5 and orbiting satellites stand for??

It means nothing, it was a random pick of letters and numbers when I set my user up.
