We are looking for a site that has no age limit on a static. It needs to be about 1.5 hours drive from Newcastle any direction but must be good for kids have a play park and games room with onside pub unless very close to a village with one. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou

i have just been to visit www.tingdenelifestyleparks.co.uk/hazelgrove
to resite my caravan there its a lovely spot within walking distance to beach park woods and town i very much like the fact its clean and groundrent is 2900 if this is any help contact them for a visit look around

Saltburn was a lovely site, we have had different caravan's on that site for over 40 years, however it is now owned by Ting Dene and they are slowly turning it into a retirement residential park with chalets only, they are not at all interested in Caravans. After 40 years of loyal ownership on the site we received a horribly blunt letter in early November advising we need to remove our caravan by February 2016 - we are heartbroken!

Kayt1940 if you do find anyway within 1.5 hours of Newcastle that will take an older static caravan please let me know, I've rang over 30 sites so far trying to find a new home for our caravan which is on Saltburn but can't find anywhere that will take a slightly older van.

I am on Amble Links holiday park in Northumberland and they have no age restriction on the park. Not sure if there is an age limit for bring ons but it might be worth a shot! I have the email address I have sent correspondence to it is amble.sales3 at parkleisure.co.uk

Mine is at Witton Castle Country Park just outside of Boshop Auckalnd. I know there is no upper age limit for vans already sited but unsure if there is an upper limit for vans brought on. Again may be worth a shot. The kids love it there :-)
