we where looking for another van cos the site we was on kingfisher ingoldmalls said that alot of the vans was to old ours included so we had to look for anotherwe found one on hardys ingoldmalls we had only seen pics over over the net, we hadnt stepped foot in the van at all and we hadnt signed anything,we said we would try and get a loan and we gave them £1000 DEPOSIT, now inbetween all this my hubby get very ill we still are waiting for more test to be done, but i asked them to cancel the van because of my hubby if we could have our money back as my hubby would need alot of things bought for him been so ill,they say that the deposit is unrefundable and they say they have moved the caravan on site and had to pay for transport and other things, well surely you wouldnt move van on site until we had got a loan and told them to go a head,what can i do to get my money back we wasnt to know that my hubby was gonna get very ill

citizens advice, and look to see if any of your insurances have any legal cover on them, If you paid deposit by credit card contact them
