Does anyone know of any residential static caravan sites, preferably in Yorkshire or Lancashire?

For residential park home sites, have a look on parkhome-living.co.uk, which lists the majority of residential sites by area.There are quite a few residential parks in your preferred areas.
There is also a lot of useful information about the Mobile Homes Act, etc.
If you are simply looking for a static caravan site which turns a blind eye to full time living, then I still recommend looking at the above website as it also outlines some of the pitfalls of trying to live somewhere that has neither planning permission or a licence for residential use.
Also, while residential parks have a lot of legal protection, including security of tenure, it is not risk-free, and it is not a good short-term answer - there will still be a 10% commission payable to the site if you sell up.
