Is this living on a non-residential park being used as a stop-gap while you look for/ wait for a permanent home? If so, then the park operator MAY allow you to use the office as a "care-of" address.
I do hope that you are not intending to live full time on a holiday park as a lifestyle choice, as this is (a) not legal, and (b) taking an extraordinary risk with both your money and your home. Even if the park owner is complicit, all it takes is a new management, or the council making an enforcement order, and you are ordered to leave.
And yes, it does happen - frequently.
Most of the boats in this area don't have a permanent mooring, they move around. This year, although it may have started last winter, the Canal & River Trust have allowed "temporary winter moorings" for some, but the boats are just moored on the towpath. All this has done really though is "legalise" what has been going on for years on what has been technically 48hr moorings. Most of them don't have a permanent address anywhere, and are classed as "permanently cruising". Their boats are their homes.
As for living permanently on a holiday park, well it's not something I would want to risk. Things can change literally overnight with the ownership of these parks, and any "residents" have very little if any rights or security. At least on a boat the resident always has the option to simply move on. Once they have a "continuous cruising" licence they can go anywhere on the system.
