I’d really appreciate any pointers to heavily wooded residential, static or vacation mobile home sites which offer a genuine degree of secluded wooded plots offering tranquil private and secluded plots preferably in the south.
Thanks.
First, you do realise that the types of sites are not interchangeable?
If you have a pitch on a leisure/vacation/static site it cannot be used as your main residence.
If you have a pitch on a residential site it cannot be used as a leisure or second home.
You need to first decide exactly what you want it for.
When you say wooded and secluded/private, are you looking for the whole site being wooded and secluded?
Or are you looking for an individual pitch which is wooded and secluded?
There are probably several sites which can be called wooded and secluded, but while individual pitches may have trees along one border, they are unlikely to be completely secluded or private.
Also, be aware that even if you do find somewhere that fits the descrption, there is no guarantee that it will remain either wooded or secluded (the trees on a site belong to the site owner, not to you).
Parks of all descriptions are very big business, and a change of ownership or management always leads to less seclusion and more homes/statics being squeezed in, often at the expense of any green spaces and trees on the site.
IF you want residential, bear in mind that as you get older, clearing leaves and twigs from the gutters is less fun, and having to drive to and from a very secluded site will also less fun.
