Hi, I live on a Mobile Home Park, can anyone advise me if external wall insulation will quarantine to stop internal condensation problems throughout my home? It's a nightmare with black mould on ceilings and walls. Many thanks.

It is unlikely than any reputable company will guarantee to stop internal condensation, as there are so many factors that contribute to it. Insulation is a big help in reducing condensation, but ventilation, and reducing internal causes of moisture are also important factors.
You may be best to contact one of the specialist companies and ask for their advice. The better companies are not cheap.
A link below to a company that has carried out a lot of external wall insulation on our Park over the last 3 years or so - not used them myself but those who have are pleased with their work, although I don't think anyone here had condensation problems anyway.
