Hi

I am looking for a campsite with a permanent residency? any body knows where.

In and around Hull.

There are quite a few in this area. None of them are for permanent residency though, most allow you to stay on for up to 11 months of the year but you are not allowed to stay in your unit for the other month ( Usually January/February) There are a number of log cabin type parks in the area which are lovely . ones I can remember are:- Burton Constable Hall Sproatley near Hull ( Only 2.5 miles from us!) which are statics and log cabin type units in parkland around a lake. Hall farm Routh near Beverley this is a brand new site similar to Burton Constable, Aldbrough Caravan Park, Cowden Caravan park and there is one in Hornsea but I can't remember the name. There are others at patrington and Withernsea and they are privately owned statics.

Hope that helps- best bet is to put the names in a search engine or contact the touist board at Beverley.

We are looking for somewhere to stay in our tourer caravan on a semi permanent basis.  I doubt that we would want to be on the same park for as long as a year though.  Does anyone know of a site in Kent that is not too expensive?
