Perhaps the e-mails had gone into their Spam box?

In August 2023, I submitted a site review and it took ages to be approved. I thought the admin team was busy out and about camping themselves, so I waited.

In the end after more than a week or so, I contacted them again and asked about it. Don't know what happened, however, it was approved right away after that.

Therefore, probably worth chasing.

I submitted a change of name for a campsite after our trip in May. When it hadn't been changed some weeks later I re-submitted, but it still hasn't been changed.

I’ve submitted a few this year; always get an “autoreply” saying it would take time to be loaded. I then get a “courtesy email” to say it’s up & I can now write a review; might be several weeks later.
However, I have submitted the occasional name change without anything happening.
The Directory is such an amazing resource though, I do rely on it.

Amazing that people are queueing up to have their campsite holidays posted on the reviews section but admin may well be on holiday themselves as they are only human and need a break away too. However, I don't think that reviews are that important at this time of year anyway as the shops are already filling their shelves with Christmas items and next season is at least 6 months away. Well it is for me anyway!

I always like to add them asap. We don't have "seasons", if we feel like it we go away and always at Christmas. I appreciate that admin need time off but I have not even received an automated confirmation. Do you add reviews?
